Elm City Bridge Club
Peter Roderick and Natasha Rosenbaum finished first at the Elm City Bridge Club in Waterville during the July 9 duplicate bridge session.
Maureen Brochu and a medley of players came in second, with Ed and Joyce Rushton third.
Games begin at 12:30 p.m. Tuesdays at the Waterville Elks Lodge, 76 Industrial St.; new players are welcome.

Capitol City Duplicate Bridge Club
The Capitol City Duplicate Bridge Club winners for July 3 were Ron Cote and David Offer. Fred Letourneau and Sharron Hinckley finished second; Jean Bird and Ken Harvey finished third.
There was no game on Independence Day.
The games are played at noon Wednesdays and 6 p.m. Thursdays at the East Winthrop Baptist Church, 55 Old Village Road.
Participants should bring a partner. Those who need a partner can call Paul Mitnik, the director, at 207-313-2648 at least two days in advance of the scheduled games.
