East Madison Days is set for Friday through Sunday, July 19-21, at the East Madison Historical Association at 1108 East Madison Road in Madison.
The kickoff event will be the opening of the art show from 5-9 p.m. on Friday, July 19. Local artists will display their work from 5-7 p.m. upstairs at the East Madison Grange.
At 7 p.m., local musicians will host a jazz concert. Donations will be accepted.
On Saturday, July 20, from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. there will be something for everyone such as a yard sale from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., an antiques appraisal fair from 1-3 p.m., a plant walk from 3-4 p.m., a Grange supper from 4:30-6:30 p.m. and movie night at 7 p.m.
Silent auction items will be available for bid starting at 10 a.m.
On the last day, Sunday, July 21, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. brings Maine children’s author Lynn Plourde to the official opening of the East Madison Lending Library after the traditional hot dog and dynamite luncheon which features ice cream sundaes for dessert. Bids for the silent auction items continues until about 1:30 p.m.
The morning will start with a bird walk.
The events end with the announcement of the winners of the silent auction.
