I have countless reasons to support Raegan LaRochelle for state Senate, but a few stand out prominently in my mind. I have seen her working tirelessly late into the night at the State House, diligently advocating for the needs of our community. Despite these long hours, she still manages to be there for her children early in the morning, demonstrating an admirable balance of commitment to both her family and her responsibilities.
Raegan has also been an invaluable mentor to me when I was a new city councilor. Her guidance and support have been instrumental in helping me navigate my role and effectively serve our constituents. These personal experiences highlight her dedication to fostering strong, capable leadership within our community.
Raegan LaRochelle is the advocate our community needs in the Maine Senate. Her tireless work ethic, dedication to her family, and community make her the ideal candidate. I urge others to join me in supporting her on Nov. 5.

We do not enable comments on everything — exceptions include most crime stories, and coverage involving personal tragedy or sensitive issues that invite personal attacks instead of thoughtful discussion.
For those stories that we do enable discussion, our system may hold up comments pending the approval of a moderator for several reasons, including possible violation of our guidelines. As the Maine Trust’s digital team reviews these comments, we ask for patience.
Comments are managed by our staff during regular business hours Monday through Friday and limited hours on Saturday and Sunday. Comments held for moderation outside of those hours may take longer to approve.
