The trouble with Democrats is not the frontman, but the whole “band.” In 2020 the “band” said no to fronting Bernie Sanders and yes, they had to get Donald Trump off center stage. So it was stand up time for Joe Biden.
Despite interruption, we are in term 3 of the Biden administration, and three is one too many. Their political correctness, foreign and other policies which once seemed good have been carried to an extreme and we don’t want or need Biden term 4.
Whether fronted by Biden or Harris, the “band” remains the same and that’s what has to change. It’s time to clear the stage and let a new act run the show. Not déjà vu, right or left, but Kennedy for a future worth watching, experiencing.

We do not enable comments on everything — exceptions include most crime stories, and coverage involving personal tragedy or sensitive issues that invite personal attacks instead of thoughtful discussion.
For those stories that we do enable discussion, our system may hold up comments pending the approval of a moderator for several reasons, including possible violation of our guidelines. As the Maine Trust’s digital team reviews these comments, we ask for patience.
Comments are managed by our staff during regular business hours Monday through Friday and limited hours on Saturday and Sunday. Comments held for moderation outside of those hours may take longer to approve.
