I am writing today to plead with your readers to publicly demand that Joe Biden end his pursuit of another presidential term and release his delegates now. Citizens, like you, may be able to bring him to his senses and do the right thing. We all need your help to avoid the implementation of Steve Bannon’s takeover and Project 2025 plans to end the American experiment.

I am a 74-year-old nearly lifelong Democrat, and I know that Biden’s age and dwindling mental capacities are now evident to everyone. I don’t know anyone who was able to watch the entire debate. It was too pathetic and sad to stomach. I am also a physician and I know that 82-year-olds, in general, are not fit to serve as a world leader. Biden and Trump are too old.

I am shocked to see that Biden is cut from the same cloth as Trump, vain and egotistical enough for Trump to insist that “only he can make America great” while Biden now stubbornly insists “only I can defeat Donald Trump.”

The Democratic party has many talented younger leaders who will come forward when Biden steps aside. There is also plenty of time before election day. Just look at Canada where the candidate selection and the campaign for parliament takes place in less than two months.

Biden has been a good man who has served his country well. Now he needs to put his ego aside and bow out gracefully for the good of he country. Please speak out now and give us a chance to avoid the end of America’s democracy.
