The 36th annual Winthrop Arts Festival is set for 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 17, in downtown Winthrop.
Local artists and artisans will showcase their works. This year’s festival features a variety of mediums, including painting, watercolors, drawing, prints, notecards, photography, wood, metal and fabric arts.
