Charles “Skip” Cobb

HARMONY – Charles “Skip” Cobb was born on Feb. 6, 1938, son of Edgar and Gladys Cobb. He peacefully passed away on Aug. 31, 2024, at Northern Light Mayo Hospital. We honor his one-of-a-kind spirit, and his memory will be a blessing forever.

Skip grew up in Harmony where he remained a prominent member of the community his entire life. He was an avid member of the Patriarchs Club and the Heart of Gold Snowmobile Club for many years. He also served as a fireman on the Harmony Volunteer Fire Department for 40 years. He worked for Farrin Brothers and Smith 49 years as an excavator operator until his retirement. After, he enjoyed camping and taking trips with his wife. He helped raise his children with patience, discipline, and humility. He taught those around him the importance of love, loyalty, and work ethic. He was a kind, soft spoken man that always had a smile to share.

Skip is survived by his wife Mary; his sons, Andy Cobb and Carl Pease Jr; his daughters, Amanda Bell, Judy Mitchell and Darlene Jalbert; his grandchildren,Ty Cobb, Brittany Perry, Scarlett Bell, Kollin Cobb, Cammie Rogers, Chris Rogers, Catina Bristow, Joshua Wakefield, Jason Pease and Alison Bjornson; his 16 great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren.

He was predeceased by his parents, wife Eva Cobb, son Mark Cobb, brother John Cobb, sisters, Peggy Lancaster and Marguerite Cobb and grandson Daniel Rogers.

A graveside service will be scheduled for a later date.
