HARRISON — The Bolsters Mills United Methodist Church is selling its chicken pies and gravy the third Saturday of the month until further notice. This month’s sale is set for Saturday, Sept. 21.
Orders for pies will be taken only on the morning of Sept. 21 by calling the church between 9-11 a.m. at 207-583-9024; people are asked not to leave a message.
Chicken pies must be picked up between 1 and 2 p.m. at the 664 Bolsters Mills Road church in Bolsters Mills Village, Harrison, unless arrangements are made when placing the order.
A chicken pie with gravy costs $15. Multiple pies may be ordered, but organizers cannot always guarantee that large quantities can be honored. The chicken pies are fully cooked and can be frozen and reheated for a future meal.
