Facilitate alternate school funding & decrease local property tax, e.g. public/private partnerships, state endowment & PILOT program supports, micro-taxes, community benefit agreements & more.

L.D. 1619, Act to Improve Maine’s Reproductive Privacy Laws, should have gone to referendum so Mainers could have voted on whether we want state constitutional protections for reproductive rights.
