Reprise Choral Ensemble are set to present “Imitation and Imagination” at 3 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 2, at the Universalist Unitarian Community Church, 69 Winthrop St., in Augusta.

Directed by Mary Rector and accompanied by Beth Schiller, the fifteen singers hail from throughout Central Maine, from Auburn to Pittsfield, Rockland to Waterville and places in between.

This fall’s program includes choral music in the style of classical composers, settings of Aesop’s Fables and Alice in Wonderland tales as well as unique settings of familiar tunes.

Reprise, itself a nonprofit organization, donates net receipts of concerts to individuals or organizations in the visual or performing arts. Last spring’s recipient of $500 was the Youth Access Fund at Waterville Creates.

Suggested donation for admission is $15 for adults; students are free
