MADISON — Raegan Cowan had four goals and two assists as the Madison girls soccer team defeated Telstar 8-0 on Thursday.

Teammate Mackenzie Robbins scored three goals and Ella Hayniev added a goal and an assist.

Allison Tuscan was in net for Madison (9-0), while Andry Saito tended goal for Telstar (1-11-1).

 

OLD ORCHARD BEACH 2, RICHMOND 1: Chloe Drown scored on a 25-yard direct kick and Emelia Michaud added her first varsity goal as the Seagulls scored twice in the second half to win in Richmond.

Vanessa Alley-Thayer stopped eight shots for Old Orchard Beach (4-9).

Autumn Lane had nine saves for Richmond (4-6-1) and Eden Balduf scored a late goal off a deflection.

 

BOYS SOCCER

WATERVILLE 4, WINSLOW 1: Ethan Goodrich had a hat trick as the Purple Panthers won in Winslow.

Hunter Willett also scored for Waterville (12-1), while Garrett Gendreau had two assists and Gabriel Cedeno one. Dusitn Bearce made nine saves in net.

Renton O’Toole scored for Winslow (3-6), and keeper Max Spicer had 11 saves.

LINCOLN ACADEMY 3, CONY 0: Breck Holladay headed home a corner kick from Pedro Mayans in the 54th minute to open the scoring for the Eagles in their win at Newcastle.

Lincoln Academy is 7-4-1; Cony is 3-8.

EJ Hunt slipped a through ball to Peter Thelander to produce another goal in the 59th minute, and Mayans collected a bouncing ball in the penalty area to score the final goal late in the contest.

MT. BLUE 1, BREWER 0: Keira Adams scored in the fourth quarter to lift the Cougars to victory in Farmington.

Morgan Hersey and Grace Allen assisted on Adams’ goal.

Gwen Lesperance made five saves for Mt. Blue (9-4), while Abbie Desrosier had six for Brewer (9-2).

 

LEAVITT 3, MCI 0: Addie Twitchell scored the Hornets’ first two goals and assisted on the third in their win in Turner.

Twitchell opened the scoring for Leavitt (11-2) with an unassisted goal in the first quarter, then scored again off an assist from fellow senior Izzy Gates in the second.

In the third period, Twitchell set up sophomore Ainsley Barry for a goal.

MCI is 5-7.

 

CONY 9, MORSE 2: Abby Morrill scored four goals as the Rams won in Bath.

Gabriella Vachon added two goals for Cony (11-3), while Natalie Dube, Casey Monson and Helen Dineen also scored. Caroline Hendrickson had two assists, while Monson and Dineen added one apiece.

Emma Hart scored twice for Morse (2-12), and Audrey Taylor added an assist. Lydia Brown had 28 saves.
