Judy Tunkle, the Democratic candidate running for the Maine House District 53 seat, will diligently work to better the lives of constituents in Chelsea, Pittston, Randolph and Dresden regardless of their political or religious affiliations.
The Dresden resident is approachable and a terrific networker who can effectively connect with rural residents and decision makers to alleviate strangling costs of living and property tax burdens, ease bureaucratic roadblocks, and make progress on critical housing, health care, mental health and addiction issues. Judy will fight to uphold the right of women to determine what happens to their own bodies, and support a clean and enduring environment.
Over the last three years, she led and inspired a team of residents in successfully securing fiberoptic network funding to connect the 40% of Dresden residents who lack any or reliable internet service, with options to lower costs for all.
Judy Tunkle delivers.
