The family wishes to express their thanks to Maine General Medical Center and Glenridge Long Term Nursing Home for the care and compassion they showed to David and his family.

At the family request there will be no visiting hours and a private ceremony of his life will be celebrated.

He has returned to the source, where the fish always bite and the fish day is always bright.
