Laurel Libby voted against allowing women to choose, making wealthy corporations pay their taxes, having adequate nurses in hospitals, and making prescription drugs affordable.
If you value denying women health care, paying higher taxes because corporations don’t pay theirs, not having enough hospital nurses to care for your loved ones, and having to choose between food and overpriced prescription drugs, Libby is your candidate.
When Libby asked what the Maine Nazis did that was illegal, she showed she didn’t understand history. The KKK marched in Washington, D.C., in the 1920s, causing a resurgence of the KKK in Maine, where they persecuted Catholics. The KKK then helped the Maine Republican Party elect Gov. Brewster, a Sen. Joseph McCarthy ally. Like Trump, they aimed to stack the judicial and legislative branches to “legally” take over the nation.
When Libby claims the Nazi Party in Maine did nothing illegal, think again.
