VASSALBORO — The Vassalboro United Methodist Church cookie walk is planned from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 16, at 614 Main St.

“We make about 20 different kinds of cookies to choose from,” said Simone Antworth.
Cookies will cost $5 per tray that hold one to two dozen cookies depending on their sizes and how creatively they are packed. “But they do have to be able to close the cover,” said Antworth, according to a news release from Dale Potter-Clark with the church.
Crafts, Christmas decorations, homemade jellies, jams and canned goods such as relishes, pickles and salsa also will be available at the event. Biscuits and a choice of quarts or pints of baked beans “to go” will also be available.
Two crafter vendor tables are still available. For more information about the tables, contact Potter-Clark at 207-441-9184 or [email protected].
