Approaching the election, three issues concern Bible-believers.

First is religious freedom. Our speech is not protected when we say the Bible condemns certain practices. We admit that we also are sinners needing God’s forgiveness; yet, we are accused of hate crimes for saying which things the Bible calls sin.

Also, the government is forcing some professionals to violate their consciences. Doctors are expected to perform operations believed wrong. Bakers decorate cakes celebrating things they disapprove.

Our second concern is moral decline.

For example, some politicians refused to pass legislation saving aborted babies born alive. Not saving them is murder. These extremists allow abortion right up to birth; yet, our neonatal ICUs save many premature babies.

Our third concern is for Israel. We believe Jews are God’s chosen people and Israel needs safety.

These concerns guide how we vote.
