AUGUSTA — Two attorneys, Walter H. Foster IV and Blair A. Jones, have recently joined the team at Steve Smith Trial Lawyers according to a news release.
Foster has more than 30 years of experience in military justice, aviation law and patent law. A former Army colonel and member of the Judge Advocate General program, Foster has a notable track record, including the successful prosecution of Al-Qaeda operative Majid Kahn. His military service, including roles at the Pentagon, has earned him the prestigious Joint Meritorious Service Medal.
Recognized for his professional excellence with an AV rating from Martindale Hubbell and inclusion in “Best Lawyers in America” by BestLawyers, Jones is an advocate in personal injury representation, civil and criminal litigation, the release stated. He brings more than 32 years of trial experience and a career in both state and federal courts across the United States.
