WELLS – Constance D. Corrigan-Fisette, 77, of both Wells, Maine and Vero Beach, Fla., passed away peacefully on Monday, Nov. 4, 2024, at the Maine Medical Center, surrounded by her loving family. Despite her long battle with various health ailments, Connie maintained a positive outlook on life.

Additionally, she was an avid reader, completing six books a week; Connie was a member of numerous book clubs in Maine and Florida. Raised Roman Catholic, she kept her faith throughout her life.

Most recently, Connie spent 15 happy years with devoted husband Michael Fisette, with whom she was given a second opportunity at marital bliss. They shared a common spirit and spent time together reading and traveling on European river boat tours.

Connie’s life was rooted in her love for family. She truly enjoyed sharing her passions and hobbies, which included painting, quilting, sewing, and literature with her family and friends. She was a beloved grandmother to six –– Delaney Corrigan of New York City, Audrey Corrigan of New York City. Keeley Corrigan of West Bloomfield, Mich., Christopher Erb of Baltimore, Md., Anna Erb, a student at the University of Rhode Island. and Mary Erb of Las Vegas, Nev.

Mrs. Corrigan-Fisette was predeceased by her first husband, John Walter Corrigan, in 2006, with whom she shared many cherished memories and to whom she was married for nearly 40 years, and by her brother Richard Dumont.
