On a recent Sunday my friend Cab Howard and I played what we think was the first match on Augusta’s magnificently refurbished tennis courts, next to the Buker Community Center. We have been playing each other in singles matches for more than 30 years, with wins and losses more or less evenly divided. So it was fitting this inaugural match went to a tiebreaker.
Without disclosing who finally won, I think Augusta might consider renaming these new courts The McKenna Tennis Courts.
