“The Nutcracker” has become a hallmark of holiday celebrations in the U.S., and this production aims to strike a balance between tradition and innovation, offering fresh interpretations while preserving the magic and beauty that audiences have cherished for decades, according to a news release from the institute.
“Our Nutcracker is more than a performance; it’s a community tradition and a rite of passage for our dancers,” said Natalya Getman, artistic director. “This year, we are happy to welcome many new faces to our cast, with dancers joining us from across the U.S., Mexico, and Japan. Their diverse backgrounds bring fresh energy to the production, making this year’s Nutcracker special.”
Tickets cost $35 for adults and $30 for youth and seniors.
