FAIRFIELD — Kennebec Valley Community College will honor 82 students at its second commencement of 2024, set for 6 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 12, on the Fairfield Campus in Carter Hall’s Kennebec Room.
The ceremony will celebrate the achievements of students who have completed the requirements for their associate degrees and certificate programs. College President Karen Normandin and Maine Community College System President David Daigler will congratulate graduates.
Timothy Beals, a student success advisor from the college’s Advising Center, will deliver the keynote address. Representing the class of 2024, Vanessa Wilson, a graduate of the Associate Program in Business Administration, will offer reflections.
The ceremony will stream live at kvcc.me.edu. A reception will immediately follow in the Kennebec Room. The snow date is Friday, Dec. 13 at the same time and location.
