Thomas Frank Siviski
VASSALBORO – Thomas Frank Siviski, 79, passed away peacefully on Dec. 5, 2024, surrounded by family, after a brave battle with Alzheimer’s.
Tom was born on June 12, 1945, the son of Joseph Siviski and Clara (Terrio) Hapworth. Being raised on the Siviski farm in Winslow, he embraced hard work and life’s simple joys.
Tom was best known for his laugh. It was loud, boisterous, and unforgettable, bringing lasting impressions to everyone around him. His laughter reflected his vibrant spirit and love for life, leaving memories wherever he went.
He was predeceased by both his parents.
Tom is lovingly remembered by his wife, Carol; children, Tracy Anderson, Terry Hughes (wife, Kim), and Bethanny Hughes; Proud “Gramp” to Sherri Secotte, Garrett Anderson, Victoria Cooper, Molly Secotte, Courtney Anderson, and Alex Hughes; and cherished great-grandfather to Karson, Kolten, Eleanor, and John; stepfather, Lee Hapworth; brother, Robert Siviski, sisters Katherine White and Shirley Madore; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins, including Butch and Carol Lawrence and Sheila Pepoli.
Special thanks to his best friends, Joe and Pam Jacques for their lifelong friendships, and Tina Roy for her kindness and support throughout many difficult times. Thank you to Heidi Allen for decades of Loyal support. Tom will be deeply missed.
Finally, we express thanks to the staff at Glenridge Nursing Home in Augusta for the care and comfort they provided Tom and his family.
Join us in celebrating Tom’s life on Jan. 4, 2025, at the Winslow VFW from 12 to 4 p.m.
