AUGUSTA — Jeff Harris has been selected to serve as president of the Maine Association of Realtors for 2025.

Licensed since 2004, Harris joined family-owned Harris Real Estate in Farmington, which services traditional real estate sales in central and western Maine and auctions statewide. He has been a director for the Maine Association of Realtors for six years and served on the state leadership team for the last three years. He was president of the Kennebec Board of Realtors in 2021 and also received the board’s Realtor of the Year Award that year, according to a news release from the Maine Association of Realtors.
Harris also serves with the National Association of Realtors and is actively engaged in the association’s advocacy efforts statewide. He is passionate about service and will lead the association for 2025 with humility and dedication.
The Maine Association of Realtors represents 6,400 Realtors statewide involved in all aspects of residential and commercial real estate, and 450 affiliated professionals involved in real estate transactions such as lenders, closing agents, title agents, appraisers, building inspectors and surveyors. In 2023, Maine’s real estate industry accounted for $17.8 billion of economic activity, or 19.5% of Maine’s gross state product.
