VASSALBORO — A cabin fever quilt show and luncheon is scheduled for 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 15, at the Vassalboro United Methodist Church, 614 Main St.
Antique quilts from the Vassalboro Historical Society’s collection will be on display as well as others, both old and new, from church members and local families. Information about the quilts’ histories will be provided. Door prizes will be drawn every hour from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Quilts will be available for purchase, a percentage of which will be designated to the church’s building fund, as will be all proceeds from the day.
Lunch will be served from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. for a $10 donation. Donations for the quilt show are welcome.
