I was pleased to see that Maine has decided to do a test on Maine shrimp by allowing seven fishermen to go shrimping starting in February.
I do want to state that I feel strongly that the shrimp caught only be sold to Mainers. I don’t think they should be sold out of state at all! It has been many years since we have had a taste of those sweet treats from the sea!
I feel that someone in the Legislature should create a mandate for this to be done. If you agree, please call or write to your state representative and senators, and request that this be done.
