BANGOR — University of Maine Cooperative Extension is set to offering a ServSafe Food Protection Manager course from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday, April 4, at the Penobscot County Extension Office, 307 Maine Ave.
The course prepares attendees for the manager certification exam, held immediately following the course.
Participants will receive the ServSafe Manager Book 7th Edition, diagnostic exam and practice exam approximately two weeks prior to the course. The $150 fee covers the class, materials and exam. No refunds for the course will be issued, according to a news release from Melissa Arndt with the extension.
