Sherrie MacDonald
BINGHAM – We mournfully announce the passing of Sherrie MacDonald, 56, of Bingham. Sherrie passed away on Tuesday, March 11, 2025, with her husband by her side.
Sherrie was born on Dec. 26, 1968, to Wayne and Noreen Beane in Waterville. She graduated from Valley High School in 1987. She was a friendly face at Thompson’s restaurant and the Bingham Diner for many years.
In 1987, she met Bill MacDonald and they purchased Valley View Market, which they managed and operated for the next 20 years. After selling Valley View Market, they built their home on family land in Bingham.
During her life, she spent her days enjoying skiing, fishing, spending summers on Wyman Lake and going to the Fryeburg Fair with her husband, two daughters and nephew.
Her love for animals and nature spanned several decades and became part of her identity. She would always offer a loving home to a pet in need. Later in life, she loved spending every moment she could with her three grandchildren.
