Jarrett Culver scored 29 points and grabbed seven rebounds as the Osceola Magic beat the Maine Celtics, 140-133, in an NBA G League game on Thursday night in Portland.
Drew Peterson finished with 25 points, 13 rebounds and 10 assists for Maine, which had a three-game winning streak snapped. JD Davison and Jay Scrubb each added 29 points, while Tristan Enaruna added 17 points and 10 rebounds.
Mac McClung recorded 27 points, five rebounds and five assists for the Magic. Javonte Smart had 22 points and seven assists.
The Celtics (20-12), who had won 14 for 16 entering Thursday’s game, trail the first-place Magic (19-10) by 1/2 game in the Eastern Conference standings.
