The Maine Democrat bureaucracy is a far left wing, socialist, woke, progressive body that does everything it can to make Maine residents dependent on government in order to control them. Take for example the welfare capital of Maine, which is Lewiston.

Maine residents voted for Trump’s agenda. According to a January survey, 80% of the country does not want transgender women in women’s sports; according to another, 50% want to eliminate DEI programs; and according to a third 2025 survey, 60% of Americans are critical of overspending by the federal government.

The Maine Democratic Party is solidly committed to opposing anything proposed by the Republicans. Maine Democrats project all of their signaled alleged values as a cause for their obstruction. The educated, white, female head of the Maine Democratic Party thought it was a good idea to poke the bear on national television. In the end, Maine Democrats seemed to forget their values when they faced a financial consequence. Maine’s Democratic Party is not our grandfather’s Democratic Party.
