PITTSTON – Adelard “Al” Ouellette Jr., lovingly known as “Babe” to family and friends, passed away peacefully on Friday, April 18, 2025, at the Augusta Center for Health and Rehabilitation after a long battle with Muscular Dystrophy. He was 81 years old.
Born on May 10, 1943, in Fort Kent, Al was the son of Adelard and Gertrude (Raymond) Ouellette.
He is survived by his three sons: Rodney Ouellette of China, Bob Ouellette and wife Becky, of Winthrop, and Michael Ouellette and his wife, Nicole, of Chelsea. He also leaves behind his cherished grandchildren: Renee Pushard of Windsor, Dillon Ouellette of China, Catherine McHugh and Lily Ouellette of Winthrop, and Alyssa Ouellette and Dominic Ouellette of Chelsea. Al was especially proud to be a great-grandfather to Aubrey Pushard of Windsor. Al will be missed by his friends, Ted Wadleigh and Bob Kilmer. He will also be remembered fondly by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
