Rafael Flores was 3 for 5 with a home run, three RBI and three runs scored as the Somerset Patriots beat the Portland Sea Dogs, 11-9, in an Eastern League game on Saturday in Bridgewater, New Jersey.
Garrett Martin added three hits and three RBI for Somerset, which improves to 17-20.
Portland has dropped three straight and falls to 19-15.
David Sandlin pitched 4 2/3 innings for Portland, allowing four runs on four hits, while striking out three and walking two. Reliever Gabriel Jackson allowed four runs on eight hits in 2 1/3 innings.
Tyler Miller and Jhostynxon Garcia both homered for the Sea Dogs.
