A couple of 10-1 Class B North teams join the Varsity Maine softball rankings, with Hermon moving into the eighth spot and Belfast at No. 9. The Hawks have won nine straight games, including a 7-5 victory over previously ranked Brewer on Monday, while the Lions are on a four-game win streak.

Bangor (sixth) and Kennebunk (seventh) moved up a spot, while the only change in top five is that Cheverus now owns all of the first-place votes.

The Varsity Maine softball poll is based on games played before May 20, 2025. The top 10 teams are voted on by the Varsity Maine staff, with first-place votes in parentheses, followed by total points.
