You might know Paul Reiser for his role as Paul Buchman in the long-running  Emmy-winning NBC sitcom “Mad About You.” The actor is also a TV writer, author and musician. Throughout his long career, Reiser has been the recipient of several Emmys, Golden Globes, American Comedy Awards and Screen Actors Guild nominations. Here’s a chance to see him make you laugh, and learn why Comedy Central voted Reiser one of the top 100 comedians of all time.

Woodfords Community Garden Tour

Take a leisurely stroll while you visit 11 gorgeous private gardens in Portland. The self-guided tour is a benefit for Friends of Woodfords Corner and their work to preserve the diversity and unique history of Woodfords Corner.  Purchase a ticket in advance and you’ll be sent a digital map. Or swing by Woodfords Plaza on 651 Forest Ave. on tour day to pick up a paper copy. This year’s event includes four previous stars of the tour, along with seven new gardens.

New England Toy and Record Show

10 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday. Kittery Lions Club, 117 State Road, Kittery, $5, $15 early bird at 9 a.m., free for 12 and under. On Facebook.

If you love records, comic books and vintage toys, you’ll want to head to Kittery for the New England Toy and Record Show, which offers one-stop shopping for a wide range of collectibles. You can also score an autograph from actress Niki Botelho, known for her portrayal of Teek in “Ewoks: The Battle for Endor” and as a creature in the miniseries “Obi-Wan Kenobi.”

Feel Good Funk Fest 3

The Feel Good Funk Fest celebrates its third year presenting music, food and art in Portland. The venues are Orange Bike Brewing (31 Diamond St.), Austin Street Brewery (115 Fox St.), The Portland Zoo (41 Fox St.) and Portland House of Music (25 Temple St.). The only ticketed part of the festival is the evening performances at Portland House of Music. Tickets to that 21-plus show are $40. The music starts at 8 p.m. and features Foreside Funk, Graphic Melee, HARSH and DJ Dr. Fuzz. All of the daytime performance are free. The schedule at the three Bayside locations includes DJ Jacky Treehorn, Hambone, DJ TyLord, What?, Blk Plutoh, Marco Soulo and Human Fam.

Boston Dance Theater in Portland

2 and 6 p.m. Tuesday, June 10. Casco Bay Artisans, 68 Commercial St., Portland, $25 (“Unfurling”), $35 (“Interwoven”). bostondancetheater.com.

Boston Dance Theater presents a pair of Portland shows that are environmentally focused and are collaborations with Gloucester, Massachusetts-based visual artist Kim Radochia. First up is the afternoon performance of “Unfurling.” The evening offering is called “Interwoven.” Tickets to “Interwoven” includes a post-show meet and greet reception and drink ticket. It all happens on Portland’s waterfront at the Casco Bay Artisans art gallery.
