Zach Kokoska and Jose Torres homered and combined for five RBI as the Hartford Yard Goats defeated the Portland Sea Dogs 6-2 in the teams’ series finale Sunday at Hadlock Field.

Dyan Jorge added two hits for Hartford (30-27), which took five out of six games from Portland (28-26).

Yard Goats starter Blake Adams (2-4, 6.69 ERA) allowed three hits and two runs, both earned, over five innings. He struck out two batters and walked no one.

Corey Rosier was 3 for 4 with a run scored for the Sea Dogs, while Mark Kolozsvary homered. Blake Wehunt (1-6, 4.22) allowed eight hits and five runs, all earned, over five innings. He struck out five batters and walked two.

Defensively, Portland turned three double plays.
