Eunice Ann Mercier
GARDINER – Eunice Ann Mercier passed away on June 7, 2025 at the Alzheimer’s Care Center in Gardiner. She was born May 2, 1933, to William and Ruth Robinson in Gardiner.
Eunice graduated from Gardiner High School in 1950. She lived and worked in the Augusta area her entire life. She worked for the State of Maine at the Public Health Laboratory and Augusta General retiring in 1990 after 28 years.
In her retirement she enjoyed gardening, volunteering at the Augusta Food Bank and going to camp in Milo.
In the fall of 1998, she married Ronald Mercier.
She was predeceased by her parents, stepfather Vincent Bautaugh and her husband Ronald Mercier.
She is survived by her children, Cathleen L. Cotton of Readfield, Leonard C. (Karilyn) of West Gardiner and her two granddaughters whom she loved deeply. Jaimy Snow (Sam) of Pittston and Jasmine Cotton of West Gardiner.
At Eunice’s request there will be no service.
