
Robyn (Jones) Walker
CLOVIS, NM – Robyn entered into her next journey while at home with her son by her side on June 14, 2025, at the age of 71, following a brief illness with pancreatic cancer.
Robyn was born in Marietta, Ohio, the child of Gordon Dale Abbott and Pricilla “Jeanne” (Ferris) LaCasce, on June 1, 1954. Robyn attended school in Solon and North Anson, Maine. She held many jobs during her life, with a passion for providing direct care to individuals with special needs. Most recently she was employed at EMERSH. On July 29, 1972, Robyn married Robert W. White in Solon, Maine, and spent 24 years raising their children together before parting ways.
Robyn was a loving mother, grandmother and friend who enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She loved and adored her dogs, Pookie and Ollie.
Robyn was predeceased by her mother, Jeanne Lacasce of Solon; and her brother, who she adored, Walter Jones of Clovis, NM; special friend Carol Emerson of Norridgewock.
Robyn is survived by her sons Chad and Hillary White of Athens, Jason and Jessica White of Rockland; grandchildren, Sophie, Caleb, Ross, Emily, Sarah, Silas; nephews, Brian and Stephanie Jones, David and Jacklyn Jones of Clovis, NM; sister-in-law Glenice Jones of Clovis, NM.
Special thanks go to Stephanie and Brian Jones for their endless support. The family would also like to think Gentiva hospice and especially Sam Ulibarri for all the time and attention that she gave Robyn.
At Robyn’s request, there will be a small ceremony for family and friends at Hillcrest Park in Clovis, on June 21, 2025 at 11 a.m. EST. Please reach out to Chad ([email protected]) for a Zoom link if you wish to attend her ceremony remotely.
