The Windham and Medomak Valley softballs teams proved their rankings in last week’s Varsity Maine poll by winning their state title games via shutouts.

The Class A champion Eagles are still first and the Class B champion Panthers locked down the No. 3 spot. Meanwhile, Bucksport jumped from tied to ninth to a tie for seventh after winning the Class C title.
