BELGRADE – A Celebration of Life will be held for Louise S. Smith of Belgrade on Saturday, July 19, from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m., at Loon Cove Lodge at the end of Loon Call Drive. The service will be held at 3:15 p.m. with visiting afterward.
