We have learned that Sen. Susan Collins is out for herself and not for the dear people of the state of Maine. Please do not be swayed by her “final” vote against the recent budget bill that is completely harmful to all Mainers in one way or another. Please do see that she was the deciding vote in sending the bill forward initially when she could have stopped it from advancing.
Sen. Angus King spoke against advancing this cruel bill. Read the July 6 front-page reporting about children dependent upon SNAP and other nutrition programs who will go without food because of the bill’s passage.
Please see the truth! And, when it comes to 2026, vote Sen. Collins out, finally.
