Russell “Rusty” Thomas Clukey
SIDNEY – Russell “Rusty” Thomas Clukey, 79, passed away unexpectedly on July 29, 2025. He was born in Dexter, on Jan. 17, 1946, the son of Raymond and Florence (Frautten) Clukey.
