WINSLOW – Joseph Roland Douin, 91, passed peacefully at the Maine Veterans Home of Augusta, on Tuesday, Sept. 9, 2025, with his two sons and his brother present. There will be a graveside service on Saturday, Sept. 20, 2025, at 10:30 a.m., at St. Francis Catholic Cemetery, 78 Grove Street, Waterville.
