Charlie Kirk would be rolling over in his grave if he saw the controversy created by his horrible death. He advocated for free speech, no matter how despicable it is, or whether we agreed with it — whatever one’s beliefs.
The First Amendment is first because that is how much our Founding Fathers believed in its importance. This onslaught against free speech by the Trump administration brings new meaning to the term “cancel culture” by the very people who created it.
