Adrian Thibodeau
JACKMAN – Adrian Thibodeau, 88, of Jackman, passed away with his family by his side on Sept. 21, 2025.
Born on July 22, 1937, in Jackman, he was the son of the late Harvey and MayRose Thibodeau.
In 1956, he married the love of his life, Joyce Bennett, who sadly predeceased him in 2010. Together, they built their life and raised their four daughters in Connecticut before moving back to Maine.
Adrian had many talents and hobbies. He worked in the home improvement and construction business and could fix anything. In his spare time, he enjoyed hunting and spending time at the Andover Gun Club. He was also a member of the Connecticut Valley Siberian Husky Club and enjoyed racing Huskies.
Adrian will be deeply missed and forever remembered with love by his four daughters, Kathy and Roy Melton of Willington, Conn., Brenda and Dennis Palmer of Colchester, Conn., Sandra and Todd Somerset of Jackman, and Andrea and Bill Ruggiero of Broadbrook, Conn.; his brother, Andre Thibodeau, sisters Lorraine Gilbert and Hazel Jackson. He had 14 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren; and extended family and friends.
He was predeceased by his sister, Helen Coley.
Care of arrangements has been entrusted to Aurora-McCarthy Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Sept. 30, in Maine at the Moose River Congregational Church.
