Sophia Isgro tallied two goals and an assist to lift Temple Academy to a 5-1 win over Wiscasset/Boothbay in a girls soccer game Tuesday in Waterville.
Karis Louis and Peyton Golder each added a goal an an assist. Madelyn Corey also scored, while Charlotte Hutchins had an assist.
Elaina Frank made six saves for Temple (6-2).
Wiscasset/Boothbay is 1-6.
MEDOMAK VALLEY 3, LAWRENCE 0: Grace Townsend opened the scoring off a corner kick, Scarlett Flint netted a pair of goals, and the Panthers (7-0-1) shut out the Bulldogs (2-6) in Fairfield.
Haylee Chandler set up the first two goals. Chloe Fox earned the shutout, making seven saves.
Lawrence keeper Riley Souzer stopped 21 shots.
MORSE 2, GARDINER 1: Emma Wallace scored on a 25-yard direct kick with 1:47 remaining to give the Shipbuilders (5-1-1) a win over the Tigers (6-2) in Bath.
Forty-eight seconds into the game, Zoe Nicholson scored Morse’s first goal. Molly Takatsu tied it less than five minutes later.
FIELD HOCKEY
BOOTHBAY 2, OAK HILL 1: Bea Wormwood and Moriah Smith scored in the first half, and the Seahawks (6-1-1) held off the Raiders (1-8) in Wales.
Boothbay goalie Sophia White stopped five shots.
Izzy Whitaker recorded Oak Hill’s goal in the third quarter, with Madalyn Sikora picking up an assist.
Ella Martin made six saves for the Raiders.
BOYS SOCCER
MORSE 4, GARDINER 1: Four players scored for the Shipbuilders (5-2) as they earned a win over the Tigers (6-3) in Bath.
Morse took a 2-0 lead into halftime after goals by Charlie Thelen and Lawson Mayer, with assists from Peyton Price and Austin Wood.
Christian Hallowell scored off a pass from Eli Sommers in the 42nd minute. Alejandro Estaben scored Morse’s final goal with 9:32 remaining assisted by Milton Paulo.
Brady Peacock scored for Gardiner with 11:55 remaining.
