Scarborough is on top of the Varsity Maine boys soccer poll for the second time this season, but its No. 1 ranking is far from unanimous. The Red Storm were No. 1 in the first poll of the fall, but they’ve been No. 2 the past two weeks, trailing Camden Hills by one point in each poll.

Falmouth moves up a spot to No. 2, garnering three first-place votes and only three points less than Scarborough (85-82). Camden Hills drops to third after settling for a draw against Bangor last week, but the Windjammers are within six points of Scarborough.

Marshwood, on a six-game win streak, joins the rankings at No. 8.

The Varsity Maine boys soccer poll is based on games played before Sept. 30, 2025. The top 10 teams are voted on by the Varsity Maine staff, with first-place votes in parentheses, followed by total points.
