I would like to take this opportunity to talk about Wyatt Beaulieu, who is running for the Augusta City Council.
Wyatt, a Cony graduate and an Augusta homeowner and taxpayer, understands what higher taxes are doing to the city. He is a father and husband. He would work hard for our future.
He would not raise our taxes, as we have seen done so many times. He would protect homeowners, renters and seniors from rising costs in the city due to high taxes. He would clean up the streets and make Augusta safer by reducing crime, drugs and aggressive panhandling.
He endorses transparent spending so the citizens can see where the money is going. He would stop wasteful spending.
