McKaela McLaughlin had a goal and an assist to lift Skowhegan to a 4-0 win over Hampden Academy in a Class A girls soccer game Tuesday in Skowhegan.
Allee Goodrich, Vivian Hart and Mae Dubois also scored, and Lydia Herrick had an assist for Skowhegan (12-1-1). Natalie Cooke stopped 12 shots.
Marissa Durfee made 18 saves for Hampden (6-7-1).
MT. ABRAM 1, WINTHROP 0: Lya Pepin scored with three minutes remaining to give the Roadrunners (11-2-1) a win over the Ramblers (3-8-3) in Winthrop.
Cheyenne Allen set up the goal.
MARANACOOK 1, HALL-DALE 0: Caroline Harper scored an unassisted goal midway through the first half to lift the Black Bears (12-1-1) over the Bulldogs (6-5-3) in Farmingdale.
Maranacook keeper Stella Stewart made five saves. Hall-Dale’s Lexi Tinkham stopped eight shots.
BOYS SOCCER
MT. BLUE 4, OXFORD HILLS 0: Nate Zeliger scored twice for the Cougars (9-5) in a win over the Vikings (0-13-1) in Paris.
Jordi Canaleta and Lincoln Tierney also found the back of the net. Kooper Keller made one save in the win.
Quincy Edson of Oxford Hills stopped 27 shots.
MT. ABRAM 7, OAK HILL 1: Brennan Mitchell notched a hat trick and added an assist as the Roadrunners (9-3-2) capped their regular reason with a win over the Raiders (9-5) in Salem Township.
Killian Pillsbury added two goals and an assist for Mt. Abram, which will be the No. 2 seed in the Class C South playoffs. Jamie Hering had a goal and two assists, and Will Swain chipped in with a goal an assist.
Rocco Mastrianno scored for Oak Hill, which will likely be seeded fifth or sixth in Class C South.
FIELD HOCKEY
ERSKINE ACADEMY 3, CONY 1: Lilly Clark set up the opening goal, then scored twice as the Eagles (7-6-1) defeated the Rams (6-8) in Augusta.
Stella Martinelli gave Erskine a 1-0 lead in the first quarter. Clark converted a penalty stroke in the second quarter, then scored off a corner after Cony’s Casey Monson cut into Erskine’s lead in the fourth quarter.
Both teams qualified for the Class B North playoffs, Erskine as the No. 7 seed and Cony at No. 8.
