A man accused of injuring another in a Monday morning shooting in Waterville claimed he was acting in self-defense against someone he thought was breaking into his apartment, Jake Freudberg reports.

The man James Furrow is accused of shooting early Monday suffered injuries not considered life-threatening, according to the affidavit.

We should all be ashamed that people are sleeping outdoors, and that people are sleeping in cars and people are not getting the healthcare they need and deserve, and they can’t buy food.
