Connor Ayoob, Thornton: Finished with 228 yards rushing on 27 carries (8.4 yards per carry) and scored three second-half TDs to help the Golden Trojans pull away from Noble and clinch the top seed in Class A South.
Greg Castoras, Marshwood: Scored five touchdowns and racked up 261 yards of total offense in the Hawks’ 43-23 Class B South quarterfinal win over Cheverus. He finished with 177 yards rushing and 84 yards receiving.
Tatum Doucette, Messalonskee: Completed 12 of 18 passes for 208 yards and four touchdowns, and ran the ball 13 times for 164 yards (372 yards total offense) and a touchdown in 35-28 Class B North quarterfinal win over Skowhegan.
Alex Dougherty, Telstar: Scored six touchdowns and exceeded 220 yards rushing as the Rebels defeated Sacopee Valley 60-30 in an eight-man Small School South semifinal.
Jayden Horton, Madison: Rushed eight times for 275 yards and three touchdowns, caught a touchdown pass and registered 12 total tackles in a 46-6 Class D North quarterfinal win over Maine Central Institute.
Cordell Jones, Portland: Ran for 153 yards and two touchdowns, and completed 7 of 9 passes for 148 yards and a score in the Bulldogs’ 27-14 win over South Portland.
Owen Kelvey, Spruce Mountain: Ran for 132 yards and a TD on 23 carries, had 67 yards receiving on two catches, and intercepted a pass and made 10 tackles (six solo) in a 44-8 win over Lake Region in the eight-man Large School South semifinals.
Keegan Littlefield, Lawrence: Scored five touchdowns while rushing for 156 yards on 14 carries in the Bulldogs’ 40-14 B North quarterfinal win over Mt. Blue.
Ayden Mulcahy, Skowhegan: Carried the ball 26 times for 256 yards and three touchdowns in 35-28 quarterfinal loss to Messalonskee.
Kyle Neptune, Maranacook: Stood out on both sides of the ball in playoff win over Mattanawcook, rushing for 134 yards and two scores on offense, and finishing with 12 tackles, three for loss and forcing a fumble on defense.
Adrian Reyes, Mt. Ararat: Senior defensive lineman’s constant pressure and presence in the defensive backfield helped the Eagles limit Yarmouth’s prolific offense to 14 points. He also caught an 8-yard TD pass on a fourth down in the eight-man Large School South semifinal victory.
