Two-way players Ron Harper Jr., Max Shulga and Amari Williams, and returning players Jalen Bridges, Hason Ward and Kameron Warrens are among 13 players on the opening night roster for the Maine Celtics, who begin their NBA G League season Friday with a road game against the Greensboro Swarm.

The 6-foot-5 Harper, now in his fourth professional season, played briefly with the Maine Celtics last season before signing a two-way contract with the Detroit Pistons. He rejoined the Boston Celtics organization in August. Williams, a 6-11 center/forward, and Shulga, a 6-5 guard, were second-round picks in this year’s NBA Draft.

In addition to Harper and Bridges, a 6-8 forward, Maine’s roster includes two other players with NBA experience: 6-8 guard Kendall Brown and 6-5 guard Wendell Moore Jr.

Others on the roster are 6-10 center Makhi Mitchell and four rookies: 6-7 guard Aaron Scott, 6-4 guard Hayden Gray, 6-8 forward Stefan Todorovic and 6-2 guard Rahsool Diggins Jr.

Maine, which reached the G League finals in 2024 and the Eastern Conference finals last season, plays its first three games on the road before hosting the Long Island Nets next Friday.
